Returns Policy

At Bloomery Co, the safety and hygiene of our baby products is our priority.

Due to the nature of baby items, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

If your Bloom Box arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello.bloomeryco@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for replacement consideration.

Subscription renewals that have already been processed are non-refundable. You may cancel or skip your subscription at any time before your renewal date.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
